A short, plain-language note about one part of the Jellutide label.

What it is
BHB is short for beta-hydroxybutyrate, a small molecule the body makes naturally when it breaks down fats. Supplement makers bind it to minerals to create BHB salts that can be put in gummies, powders and capsules.
The three salts
The Jellutide label names calcium, magnesium and sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate. That is why the Supplement Facts panel shows very small amounts of calcium, magnesium and sodium.
On the Jellutide label
BHB is named in the proprietary blend, which weighs 525 mg per gummy together with Apple Cider Vinegar. The split between the two is not printed.*
Why it is in a gummy
The salts are pairs of a mineral and an acid, which dissolve easily and blend well into a gummy base.
